Search engine marketers, in particular, are faced with a variety of "levers" that they can pull to affect campaign performance. Should you raise the bids, or change the landing page? Is the ad copy working?

We've spent years working with marketing data -- thinking about how to turn data into insights, and insights into action. As we develop and refine our products, our goal is to streamline the decision-making process for advertisers. We want to help turn best practices in account management and campaign optimization into repeatable methodologies that create workflows for success.



Our Platform.

Rethinking Paid Search

Built upon the Google Ads API, our paid search optimization platform focuses on exploring paid search data in new ways. Imagine your data as a rubik's cube, with each colored square representing a single metric, measure or setting - clicks, impressions, ad group, location, bid, search term, date, etc. Each face of the cube presents a unique combination of that data. Rotate the cube and recombine the data and in new and interesting ways.

Our goal is to explore the nearly infinite unique combinations possible with marketing data and find views into that data that are not offered by the Google Ads interface. We're not building a replacement for the Google Ads interface or other bid management tools -- we're building a complimentary data exploration and special purpose campaign optimization tool.

At addMetrics, we put the "action" in actionable data. Our mission is to help companies explore and efficiently act on their business data. As analytics experts with a specialization in user interface development, we help you close the feedback loop between discovery and the implementation of solutions.

Brad Byrd Head of Product

Brad is a pioneer in search engine marketing world. He was a panelist at the first Search Engine strategies conference 1998, and led product strategy for one of the industry's first bid management tools back in 2001 -- a full five years before Marin and Kenshoo got started. As a partner at NewGate -- one of the world's original search engine marketing agencies and a recognized leader in SEM for retailers -- he was a founding member of the Google SEM Council, where he and 14 other hand-picked industry leaders gave product feedback to the Google AdWords team.


After selling NewGate to iCrossing in 2006 Brad co-founded RiskIQ, where he led product strategy specifically focused on the marketing industry, helping build a world-class fraud detection platform that policed the world's largest affiliate programs.


After leaving RiskIQ, Brad joined Salsita as COO and President, and helped grow it into an industry leader in front-end design and user interface implementations. After 5 years building products for other companies, Brad left Salsita in 2018 to return to his marketing roots and explore ideas he's been kicking around for years. The addMetrics platform is the fruit of that decision.


Brad is a certified Google Ads Professional with a specialization in Paid Search.



Roman Krejčík Head of Technology

Roman is a world-class engineer equally adept at front- and back-end software development. Since graduating from Charles University with a Masters in Computer Science, he has worked at a variety of companies big and small, leveraging Java, PHP, Python and JavaScript to build everything from enterprise banking software to interactive entertainment websites and business intelligence tools. He has extensive experience building complex applications on both the Google and AWS cloud platforms.


Most recently, Roman worked on the backend team at SpaceKnow, building an analytics platform for exploring satellite imagery.


In his spare time, Roman teaches web application development to high school students.
